A Bountiful Breakfast

Breakfast at the Park Light Inn is intended to be an experience; the essence of a true Vermont Bed and Breakfast experience. Your hosts offer three hearty courses, freshly prepared on-premises, utilizing only the finest ingredients.

Proud members of the Vermont Fresh Network; meal principles are quite simple— fresh, local and whenever possible, organic. Served in the bright and airy dining room, full of magnificent windows, with comfortable tables for two, in a classic “restaurant style” setting. Breakfast service is available between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. each morning; you will enjoy a delectable three course selections of New England favorites. See below for a sample menu.

First course:

The mainstay of the Park Light Breakfast – a fine selection of seasonal fruits, blended for a harmonious burst of flavor in each bite, gently topped with the Park Light's own special vanilla yogurt blend and sprinkled in our own maple almond granola.

Second course:

Day's offering of Park Light Inn Home Baked Goods (including muffins, breads, rolls, pancakes etc.) - or Country style French toast gently glazed in fresh fruits and Chester's own Mitch's Maple Syrup.

Third course:

Gramma's gently fried potatoes (takes a full hour to fry to perfection), best tasting (local farm fresh) scrambled eggs, country style maple bacon or sausages.
