The Welcoming Room: located in the main lobby, offers a 24 hour coffee station with fresh Vermont roasted coffees, decaffeinated coffees and a vast selection of teas, including herbal delights, fresh baked goods and snacks, ice machine, guest refrigerator, microwave, magazines and library, along with quiet seating for reading and writing desk for your use with letter and journal writing.

The Gathering Room: located on the lower level with; pool table, table tennis, air hockey, vast number of popular board games, poker table and card games. You will also find a 60 inch LCD, flat screen, HD TV with full cable package, as well as, microwave and snacks, with comfortable seating arrangements for gatherings and relaxation. While WiFi is available in all guestrooms and common areas, a computer station is available in the Gathering Room for the convenience of our guests.

The Grand Dining Room: located on the main floor offering romantic couples seating, beautiful fireplace, antique crystal chandelier from France, and a lovely selection of novels in our second library section. Tables are set immediately following breakfast, please feel free to enjoy the dining facilities with your “take-out” meals.

Relaxation Terraces, Decks and The Stone Patio: Our outdoor facilities offer several decks and patios where you can enjoy the lovely view of the woods and farm animals grazing on the property adjacent to ours. An outdoor Hot-Tub is located on the main level, at the rear of the property, upper level one terrace, where you will find comfortable wicker furnishings and decorative seasonal planting arrangements. Level two offers a lovely deck with seasonal furnishings, including swing, sofa and chairs along with an outdoor fireplace. The Stone Patio, located just off of the kitchen exit, also offers luxury seasonal seating and an outdoor fire-pit.
